Michelle LeMay, EdS, LMHC, LEP, NCSP, is a Licensed Educational Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Nationally Certified School Psychologist located in Central Massachusetts. She has worked both in public and private educational settings across Massachusetts, including the Boston area and Worcester County.

She has extensive knowledge in a variety of therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Practices, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy with children, teens, and young adults. She has a growing interest in sports psychology and working with student athletes.

She has experience working with adults navigating the challenges associated with divorce, custody, career changes, loss of a family member, and trauma. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders across the lifespan.

Michelle lives in Central Massachusetts with her husband and teenage children. They spend many weekends in the hockey rink and traveling for sports. You can find her snuggling with her Boxer or hanging out with her family watching the Boston Bruins and documentaries.
